2. What do you mean by name brand? Name brand refers to General Electric, Philips, and Sylvania brand bulbs & tubes.
3. What do you mean by private label? Private label bulb refers to Maxlite, Eye, Damar, Halco, Feit, Litetronics, Eiko, Topstar, Bulbrite, PEC, Greenlight, Industrial, Overdrive, Westinghouse, Shat-R-Shield, Retro Lite, Plus Rite, Venture, Radiant, Hicughi and other brands of bulbs & tubes.
4. What type of payment do you accept? We accept credit card payments and paypal.
5. How do you ship your products? Currently we utilize FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, FedEx Freight and USPS.
6. Do you ship to Alaska & Hawaii? Yes but there might be an additional freight charge. We will contact you before shipping if there is an additional charge.
7. How long does it take to ship my order? Your order is processed upon receipt by us and generally will ship the same business day.
8. Do you stock the products you sell? Yes we do. Unlike most other distributors we stock 100% of the items we sell so we can process your order fast.
9. What is your backorder policy? We ship what we have in stock and backorder the rest at no additional shipping charges to you.
10. Can I return and item if I don't want it? Yes, all returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). An RGA must be requested within 14 days of the original invoice date for non-defective product. Thereafter, all sales are final. All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and be unused. Returns will be charged 25% restock fee. The restock fee is not a penalty. It is a costly process to prepare for resale and restock products. Shipping charges are non-refundable. When returning products you assume responsibility for insuring the return shipment.
