Can I return and item if I don't want it?  Yes, all returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). An RGA must be requested  within 14 days of the original invoice date for non-defective product. Thereafter, all sales are final. All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and be unused. Returns will be charged 25% restock fee. The restock fee is not a penalty.
